Refunds are eligible to those that contact us before 11:59 PM of the previous date. For ex, if the webinar is on 9/25, you must contact us before 9/24 11:59 PM. No refunds will be given after the webinar date. Please email us at [email protected] that you cannot attend.

For those that don't cancel before the webinar date and miss the webinar, a $45 fee will be charged upon the next webinar date you'd like to attend, which includes $15 cancellation & $30 attendance fee. Trainees must pay the fee before attending next webinar. Exchanges to other trainees are possible, please contact us if you will give your place to someone else.
